Not much at all its like the time clock it's very unuse friendly lot of employees are missing hours because of it and I believe you use that for that purpose of employees losing hours

I really hope this survey reaches someone who really cares. I loved my job on the memory care side. I truly loved working with them each and everyday. I built a relationship with most of them. They would remember my face, smiled when they would see me. It's a relationship I valued must when working there.My job there came to an end yesterday via text message from Wade. I have been suspended since Thanksgiving over something I was accused of doing. I never did or said anything wrong. I was never given a fair chance. Noone called to ask my side. It's a shame too because my patients suffered when I was suspended. My relationship was not only with my residents but also to there families. Isn't that what community stands for?
