I would never work for this company again the way my supervisor treated me was ridiculous and unprofessional n unacceptable behavior.And unfortunately she still works for the company beautiful building nice residents but the management team is awful and disrespectful.if I ever get the chance I’d tell corporate office everything and show proof of how this place is being ran and treatment of their residents!!!!!

I didn't appreciate having my role of Med Tech taken from me without my knowledge. Giving another person my shifts and title and demoted me to an Aide. I have nothing against Aide work. My Supervisor used her one mouth to tell me two different things, but then preach so much about clear communication. That was the first job that I have had in a very long time that I absolutely enjoyed. Companies lose dynamic people mainly because of supervisors that do not communicate clearly lack of management.

I feel like family being here. My immediate supervisor and fellow work employees have made me feel at home. Very happy being a part of the team and look forward in being a positive contributor.

I was not trained properly I was treated poorly by the staff nurse Mel rouse I was not given proper tools to do my job such as skills or even proper equipment such as gloves .Thank you for opportunity to give my complaints I hope this company learns who they have hired as the faces of their company.But I would never recommend this place to live at or be hired at due to its negligence and poor staff.

In a management position. The transition will always be difficult.Something as small as clean of the pass supervisor belongings would have been a small help.

I was told that i would be able to work a scheduled amount of hours and was hired as a medication aide, Melissa Rouse (wellness director) changed my entire schedule and told me that she did nit havre that available and took me off of the completely. I had to speak with Constance the ED to get back on the schedule, since then Melissa have been giving me the runaround about the days im supposed to work. Waiting until 9pm at night to return my calls about my schedule when i reached out to her at 1pm in the day. She is a horrible supervisor
