I love my jog as Life Enrichment Assistant. I wish I would have found this job years ago! My direct supervisor is ‘awesome’. We share ideas each morning and I am strongly encouraged to come in with new ideas. I love the residents as well. I feel very fulfilled in my position and love when I see the residents smile and laugh. Life, is hard and as we get older it gets harder. If I can bring a little joy to these residents - it makes me happy. Claiborne isn’t ‘perfect’, no job actually is. Yes, we have issues, but I strongly believe we have the BEST ED in place to make us SHINE! Thank you!

Not much at all its like the time clock it's very unuse friendly lot of employees are missing hours because of it and I believe you use that for that purpose of employees losing hours

Can't think of anything for instance the time clock is totally ridiculous
