N/A I have not been supported in my onboarding. At all. The Assistant ED (Tyler) was the person that hired me. He was let go. I’ve had no help whatsoever since. Please note I love the CNA’s and the residents so very much. I will miss them. Text messages sent to the ED: UNANSWERED.

It's a great place to work and I enjoy it and the residents and most of the people I work with. I just feel like the pay for my position should be 19 an hour considering the work I put in everyday. I think that the residents and staff would agree.

My employment with this organization was brief and I was told that I would not be a good fit with the organization, which, in my opinion meant that I was being terminated. I’m more concerned about staff that are left there than my termination..I just want people to be treated fairly which I do not think I was. My direct supervisor was stellar.

I think the split (office/home) training experience was great.

Right = Keeping the doors open to residents that need this type of care. In-house training of staff so they can understand and take care of these residents.Better = Increase in wages according to output not straight across the board. Most all these buildings are different, trying to make them the same to standardize supplies and procedures will not work. Trust your leaders you have in place, don't micromanage them.

Getting rid of the prior wellness director was a start. So much more needed in our building. Sexual harassment is a huge issue from a current director still employed and nothing seems to be getting resolved.
