I believe that Claiborne should evaluate turnover at the director and corporate levels, as well as assess the effectiveness of management and communication practices. While the company's core values are consistently emphasized, they do not always seem to be reflected in daily operations. The current communication, collaboration, and accountability from senior sales and operations leadership appear to be lacking, which has contributed to a company culture characterized by diminished authority and a sense of responsibility for factors beyond the control of lower-level staff and managers. This situation has led to chronic burnout and frustration among team members. Receiving feedback without the authority to implement changes is particularly challenging, and there is a general perception that upper management is not fully acknowledging or addressing these concerns. The lack of recognition for hard work combined with criticism related to sales issues outside of our control at the community level are what led me to the decision that I would prefer to pursue opportunities elsewhere.

Fabulous people to work with for and be around as family

To start with I don't even know who holds the title as VP. I personally feel they should ask the community what's working for them and not change everyone's equip. just to make it a fleet standard. We are told what to do, our decision-making ability is of no use anymore. We work from the neck down now.

No problems.

The co workers are awesome to work with. Everyone here makes you feel like family.

Making sure the residents and team members are treated with respect and dignity…

N/A I have not been supported in my onboarding. At all. The Assistant ED (Tyler) was the person that hired me. He was let go. I’ve had no help whatsoever since. Please note I love the CNA’s and the residents so very much. I will miss them. Text messages sent to the ED: UNANSWERED.

It's a great place to work and I enjoy it and the residents and most of the people I work with. I just feel like the pay for my position should be 19 an hour considering the work I put in everyday. I think that the residents and staff would agree.

My employment with this organization was brief and I was told that I would not be a good fit with the organization, which, in my opinion meant that I was being terminated. I’m more concerned about staff that are left there than my termination..I just want people to be treated fairly which I do not think I was. My direct supervisor was stellar.

I think the split (office/home) training experience was great.
