One area that would greatly improve my experience is compensation. The current pay does not align with the workload or cost of living, which can lead to employees feeling overworked and underpaid. With fair compensation, morale would improve and employees would be more motivated and genuinely enjoy coming to work.Additionally, when concerns are brought to management, they are not always fully addressed. Often the focus shifts to whether rounds were completed between shifts rather than directly addressing accountability and communication with the shift where the issue originated. More follow-through and direct resolution would greatly improve the work environment.

I have seen such an incredible positive shift in company culture and communication in the past two years. Weekly calls are no longer anxiety inducing but instead a resource for advice or direction. Feedback is consistent so I know where I stand instead of wondering. I am so grateful for the efforts of our leadership team to better support our teams at the property level, and I look forward to even more success in the future on this great foundation!

Once you hit that clock you have a job to do and u have to leave your personal life and problems behind because the residents are depending on you to provide the proper care and any other need they have so teamwork is definitely a plus but this is the love and passion I have for helping people

My first 90 days have been a great experience. I really enjoy helping and caring for the residents each day. The team has been supportive, and it feels rewarding to make a difference in their lives.”

I told yall before Destiny is a young lady with a 2 year who needed help because she didn’t have a car or a place to stay if you felt the need to fire her cause she was in the wrong fine but you didn’t need to fire me because I knew her. Because I definitely didn’t do anything wrong..
