The management team are genuine good hearted people, which is the best thing you can have at a company. It makes it easier to communicate and to actually want to do your work the best you can for them and the company.

Wages, non-appreciation (words no actions), not enough hours are the collaborative reasons I left. I loved my job but too much starting going on I started feeling unappreciative among other things.

I feel that there is a high employee turnover rate within the company right now, within the higher positions so there is a fear of wanting to move up in the company, also as a Life Enrichment Director there are no higher positions to move up to.

Listen to your employees when situations are not going right when a employee reaches out to the higher up respond back At least let them know you acknowledge them and that your concern cause sometimes change of command may be in the wrong tell your employees how you appreciate them the hard work long hours it takes a team one department can’t run without the other departments.

In my opinion The Claiborne leads the industry in senior care. Support from home office is always available. I believe the team at McComb is by far one of the stronger teams in the company. I am proud to be a small part of Claiborne Senior Living.
