Need to raise people pay for what they deal with there its not enough earnings for the work that the workers do and put up with but other than that it was a good experience working there

My issue was working 12 hour shifts, if thier were schedules that accommodated some of the workers it would be a perfect place to work. Maybe they need to look into giving some 8 hour shifts to workers that can't always work 12 shifts. Just my opinion.

They pay was ridiculous especially working on memory care $13 a hour is ridiculous for a cna especially working mornings it’s a lot of favoritism picking and choosing don’t get enough hours n we worked our tails off!

Warm environment This is the best Retirement/Nursing facility to me in pike county hands down and I have been in all them Claiborne 💫💫💫💫💫🥰
