Specifically, in my community, we are working as a team. We are all on the same page and it reflects with the happiness of our residents and their families.

I believe The Claiborne's leadership is out of balance. I do not understand why we have to have so many items sent up to higher leadership for approval on something minuscule that does not require the attention of a RDO, etc. Our EXD needs to be allowed to make her rules that works best for this community while still following guidelines created by corporate. She does not have any "power" here and feels like the lack of authority is pointless. The power imbalance in this company makes no sense. I love my residents and feel like I have a purpose here but it is my "superiors" that make me question my job sometimes.

It's a struggle being short staffed and no one has worked out since I've been hired and several have left or been let go. The residents are the main priority and we need a larger team to work together to make sure they are satisfied and treated well.

I still believe in the company’s mission and core values. I hope that corporate will sincerely look into the unprofessional and unethical behavior of some of their management team. The Claiborne is a beautiful place with amazing potential however when manager fail to take ownership while abusing their authority it just becomes a ticking bomb for unprofessional behavior

The schedule and times just need to be on point about hours. Have kids and a family and I feel like as a father and getting back to work it’s nice when a employer know people have families and that certain schedules need to be addressed in the beginning and not when you already started and doing orientation.
