The members of the team made me feel welcome from start to finish. They were very helpful and gave informative information.

Survivor didn't get alone

Joella with TAMS has been a horrible experience. A lot of inconsistencies, kickbacks, delays and more. I sent an email to Dustin on 5/20 about the most recent experience with our two that completed orientation Tuesday 5/19. I have received multiple negative feedback from staff about their onboarding experience. Along with a lot of no shows for orientation. I would like to request to have someone else other than Joela as our TAMS moving forward.

Everyone has been so supportive and has accepted me with open arms. I am so glad to be a part of such a great team.

I was locked out of the app ad upo contacting my immediate supervisor I received no response. No one contacted me to let me know about any available shifts, and any time I attempted to contact anyone it went unanswered.

Meghan and Heather did a great job at orientation. Happy to be a part of a wonderful team of caregivers.

I did one day of orientation. Never came back for the second. Too much responsibility for one person. Not enough pay for all the work. I witnessed 3 coworkers that have been there get called into the office & a new girl as well get called into the office over something that really wasnt a big deal. I was told by a coworker that they would never recommend the job to anyone. I appreciate the honesty. Thats all I needed to hear. And so on.

Offering benefits

Very unorganized. Lack of communication. Shortage of workers. Lack of PPE supplies. Nurse to patient ratio. I contacted Heather and Megan via Homebase app to inform them why I resigned effective immediately. I worked my entire 11p to 7 a shift in March 23, 2026. No nurses were in the building when I arrived at approximately 10:35 pm on March 23. One left at 9pm and the other at 10pm.So no Nurse was in the building for 1 hr. What if a resident was in distress? There was no nurse to assist them. What if a resident was on the floor due to a fall. No Nurse was in the building. That is the main reason I resigned effective immediately. My license would have been on the line, not theirs. So the information that is on the separation notice is incorrect. The Claiborne at Shoe Creek need a full staff makeover. You are more than welcome to contact me at 225-207-5683 or via email.
