This place is nasty and not clean full of roaches, residents get sick and its nit controlled at all they just be walking around sick and getting everyone sick!! People are there that dont need to be there most people in MC need to be in nursing home they have residents that need to be a 2 person assist but they are not. Its just not a good place to work at all!

My onboarding experience with Joella in HR was less than desirable and I hope not to have to have any further contact with her.

I feel that having the support of the regional leadership helps our local leadership perform at its highest level. Something that would make my experience better is having a more consistent and comprehensive training program for new leaders entering into their role which would minimize guessing at job tasks, reduce delays in meeting deadlines during first couple of months, and set us up for success by us having more confidence in our job knowledge here at The Claiborne.

Wage increase was promised after 90 days. Wage increase was approved after 90 days per DOW. After 180 days, still no wage increase on check. I was lied to about my wage increase.

As I stated in my resignation letter, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Claiborne at Shoe Creek. I learned so much about dementia and Alzheimer's. I enjoyed working with all the directors and all the care staff. I am thankful for each and everyone of them. But, as a 2 year old, the 10 hour shifts were getting harder and harder. I have a Volunteer Application and hope to volunteer with our Life Enrichment staff!!! I love the residents and am always excited to keep up with all the fun activities and events through the CSC Facebook page!! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of the CSC experience!

When I entered back in the work field after being disabled for 10 yrs I thought I had found where I would spend the rest of my work years. I was taught to discuss your problems and things would get better but unfortunately the second DOW did not. See it that way.The last. DOW does not bring a positive image to Shoe Creek.Everyone else I met from the Top to the bottom were kind and pleasant.Maybe when you change DOW again I would gladly return if asked.

This place needs a lot of help. I left over a month ago, and from what I’ve heard it’s gotten worse than when i was forced to walk out. And i do say i was forced to walk out, because when I asked their interim ED for help, none came and that led to me walking out because I had worked their far too long to put up with anymore crap. I hope it gets right for those residents, but the company itself is a joke, every facility I’ve been to talks about how bad it is, and they don’t even know what we put up with as employees. I hated to leave because I loved my job and my residents, but there was only so much I could bear.

I feel like we are a family and we are helping each other with whatever needs to be done for our residents and I can’t wait to see our facility grow and where we are going to be in 6 months

I love being part of the Claiborne Family! Onboarding has been super helpful, and Brandy White has been a wonderful mentor and guidance to me.
