It’s would better if had to Caregiver to each hall it’s a lot work taken care 12 people alone in fact it’s state required

My thoughts are scattered because I love my community but I also feel we get over looked alot of times. I stay for my residents but we as employees get no recognition or any types of incentives. No bonuses or nothing. Even after years of employment still nothing.
