My tenure with The Claiborne has been a great experience. I have grown as a leader and as a person. Working with seniors is a privilege and a passion. I look forward to many more years with The Claiborne

Great workplace and staff and residents and team work

There is a lot to be done at this facility we have poor management communication but I’m just part time some I try to come do my job and go home

Not giving your part-time people PPO hoursThat is a big problem

We can go to our directors if we have a problem.

Well I love working there I love the resident but it just need more team player's and support from up top when it comes to the resident and family members and be mindful of the resident they bring in the community with the amount of staff they have and keep working supplies available at all times...move your staff around where they want to comfortably in one department to learn all the resident needs

So far everyone is doing a great job I have no complaints great place to work

Being better organized and prepared for new hires on orientation. Also, completing the entire process during new hire process.

I throughly enjoyed working for Claiborne Senior Living. I felt like the corporate team and community members were like an extended family to me. I enjoyed success with the organization in my role, consistently maintaining a 90% occupancy level and was recognized as a high achiever in the company. I only left because my regional sales manager at the time, Wade Williams, thought placing me on a PIP to motivate me after a slower month would be a good idea. In conversation with the vice president of sales at the time, Joe, he did not agree with this tactic and called me several times after I put my notice in. Again, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Claiborne Senior Living. It would be open to future opportunities if they arise.
