I throughly enjoyed working for Claiborne Senior Living. I felt like the corporate team and community members were like an extended family to me. I enjoyed success with the organization in my role, consistently maintaining a 90% occupancy level and was recognized as a high achiever in the company. I only left because my regional sales manager at the time, Wade Williams, thought placing me on a PIP to motivate me after a slower month would be a good idea. In conversation with the vice president of sales at the time, Joe, he did not agree with this tactic and called me several times after I put my notice in. Again, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Claiborne Senior Living. It would be open to future opportunities if they arise.

A pay increases and management that appreciate the hard work we do.

I think appreciation needs to be shown more towards employees

One thing that is being done right types, quality and amounts of activities done at our facility. An area that can be improved on is the pay scale and raises.

Our ED is awesome leader whose influence shows in the success of our community.I would love to be an ED in the Claiborne world!
