The pay for some of the employees needs to be higher. We have a high turnover over bc they can make more some where else. Our managers are great and I love our residents.

My orientation and first day was great. I appreciated how organized and welcoming the team was. The training material and training sessions was very thorough and they provided a clear over view of my role along with company expectations. Everyone was helpful which made me feel confident and well prepared.

I love working at Claiborne Westlake. We have a great team and Billy Hall, our ED, does a great job of managing our building and being our overall leader. I hope for many more years of service at CWL!

All residents have extremely different personalities.Such a challenge! Every day is a challenge. Enjoy trying to remember names . Willing to go all the way!
