I was so disrespected by a staff member; I believe here name was Kiara but when I asked she refused to tell me her name. She was in a royal blue shirt and black pants. She is a black lady, heavy set, with a nose ring in her I believe right nostril. I am a health care professional and my husband a doctor. We would never treat customers or patients the way were treated by her. This platinum card we play for these benefits and with the expectation to be treated with respect. This employee’s behavior was unacceptable to the fullest extent.
