Better food selecion

The “policy” that you cannot type in my number and check it against the name on my boarding pass is the opposite of good customer experience. The lounge experience should be centered around removing barriers for legitimate patrons, not putting up more barriers. The airport experience is already stressful enough. Why step out of line, download an app, create a login, etc. when I have the number, name, and legitimate membership. I’m so very very disappointed.

Rude front desk

Not allow non service dogs to sit on a stool at the bar and have their face at bar level with their owners. They are not performing a task and it’s very unsanitary
