The āpolicyā that you cannot type in my number and check it against the name on my boarding pass is the opposite of good customer experience. The lounge experience should be centered around removing barriers for legitimate patrons, not putting up more barriers. The airport experience is already stressful enough. Why step out of line, download an app, create a login, etc. when I have the number, name, and legitimate membership. Iām so very very disappointed.

Food options were limited. The options were chicken nuggets with broccoli and tofu.I would suggest to broaden them menu and offer more options.

I fly out of Boston Logan and if I remember correctly, the Sapphire Lounge at Logan is also by The Club. Perhaps the Sapphire Lounge has increased my expectations. Here, I had to wait for a text in order to enter (I've had to do that at Boston before too), but once I got here, it's not that crowded. But the unsatisfactory part is the lack of food selections. At Sapphire, we could order food items using the QR code. Here, you could only order beverages.
