I fly out of Boston Logan and if I remember correctly, the Sapphire Lounge at Logan is also by The Club. Perhaps the Sapphire Lounge has increased my expectations. Here, I had to wait for a text in order to enter (I've had to do that at Boston before too), but once I got here, it's not that crowded. But the unsatisfactory part is the lack of food selections. At Sapphire, we could order food items using the QR code. Here, you could only order beverages.

Prison food for breakfast is not appealing. United Clubs are significantly better. Chase Reserve card is a waste of money.

The lounge is incredibly crowded, seats are limited and uncomfortable but the majority of the staff were kind and accommodating. However, Tashi in particular was shockingly rude to me and my party. She was short, rude, terrible attitude only to us while smiling towards other patrons a few feet away. It made us feel singled out, disrespected, and overall negatively impacted our lounge experience. She told me to sleep in a room to make space for more people, despite already sitting four to a couch side. She asked me to unplug my charger for another guest who insisted he didn't need it. And when I didn't, she looked at me so rudely. Multiple times after this occured she stopped talking to us and just took our plates, no words. We couldn't ask for her name, but asked a coworker and it was indeed Tashi or Tassi. Right now as I write this she came up to us in a rushed and lowkey threatening way, asking if we asked for her name, said to us "you asked my coworker?", it was nerve wracking.

The staff attitude… the lady in charge of our area table 83 and 76 was very harsh and abrasive, at one point she was moving one table aggressively over that my phone was charging on and my phone and charger ripped out of the outlet. She didn’t even say sorry or apologize, just moved on. Absolutely unprofessional behavior and lacking customer service.

More options to eat. The chef section says it’s open from 5am but he said it was only available from 6.30 am. And that’s annoying
