Better selection of food other than farro or chick peas

Was here for over an hour and the ice machine never worked. Workers just kept saying management was notified.

Too crowded

The bar tender did not provide ice for me by saying she is just starting. I went back a second time 15 minutes after only to get the same response. Mind you, the ice machine was broken. I told her that, and she got me ice with an attitude within seconds. Terrible service from the bar tender.

The concierge desk personals are very rude and unprofessional

There was a single food line with low quality lounge food. In the past, the food reflected the culture of the Bay Area, and there were many options to choose from.Moreover, good lounges have buffet style food as well as made to order options.Did something happen? Change of management? Or is it a strategy to reduce the overwhelming demand?

Its too fucking warm in the lounge

Long lines, food are old and plain. Lost its opening lusters few years ago.Also ordered drinks, never got them.
