Elevators should work. This is the third time I’ve been here in a month and elevators were out. To go coffee cups would helpful for those of us stuck in ridiculously insane precheck line who don’t have a ton on time to sit and sip like Turkish airlines lounge - helps ppl in in a rush.

First, I was here on 9/23 and the elevator was broke. Ok I figured it just happened. Today 4 weeks later it is still out of commission. This is unacceptable. To carry your luggage up all those stairs is a safety hazard with an accident waiting to happen as you are going down. A temporary ramp would have been very easy to install. They do it at stadiums all the time. Secondly the food selection is very boring. And there is always a long line because there is only one station. Please change the menu already or diversify it. Thank you for your time.
