Better food no fee for shower

For a solo traveler, the online ordering for food and drink is really helpful. No elevator is also frustrating. Very crowded and did not feel safe leaving bags to get any food or drink

It was overcrowded and hard to get a seat. The food was too minimal and basic for the price tag. You’re ripping people off.

Crowded

No cups available at coffee machine. Asked someone who worked there if he knew where I could find a cup b/c he had one and was pouring coffee. He said someone would be bringing more. I waited a few minutes but no one came by. Looked for someone else who worked there and asked if he could bring some cups. He responded that he was on break. Finally was able to grab a glass from the bar.

Have food

I stood inline for a very long time to just be added to a waitlist. People were leaving in masses and I still had to wait. Unacceptable poor customer service!

Super crowded. Much less relaxing than terminal

It’s like a zoo. No service. Take notes from united polaris. That’s a lounge

Flew from SFO to JFK last month same food no coffee mugs available no napkins I’m the dispensers acualy the second coffee station not working and evlavator still not working
