Fix coffee machine, elevator, bathroom stall door in women bathroom

The check in staff, Liz from Philippines, was very rude. She was mocking my name and constantly saying “oh my god” as she had to type it. It is a long name. But it is childish to mock something like that

The main entrance attendants are very unpolite and rude.. two ladys from Asia origin… well strongly recommend a careful view at this point..

More options to eat. The chef section says it’s open from 5am but he said it was only available from 6.30 am. And that’s annoying

Despite the lounge being new it appears to already be falling apart, no elevator, and the handrail was falling off the staircase. Very limited food choices that frankly were not very good, clearly not enough staff. It is a shame as the space is very nice but clearly whoever is in charge does not want to put in any effort.

Bathroom stall dirty. No paper towels. Elevator broken.
