Better food

The staff attitude… the lady in charge of our area table 83 and 76 was very harsh and abrasive, at one point she was moving one table aggressively over that my phone was charging on and my phone and charger ripped out of the outlet. She didn’t even say sorry or apologize, just moved on. Absolutely unprofessional behavior and lacking customer service.

Not be packed and crowded and noisy

Front desk staff was very rude

Vegan options!!! There’s almost nothing at all (except fruit). Seems like a basic requirement in this day and age, especially at SFO! Thanks for your attention to this matter - travelers are hungry!
