The concierge at the front desk told me there were not options for gluten free or celiac diets, even while the other attendant said yes and was looking into the matter. The concierge that said no was rude and extremely dismissive, saying “fruits and veg are probably safe” and that “we can’t possibly accommodate every dietary restriction”. She indicated with her responses and behavior that she is not educated in the seriousness of celiac disease or the offerings of the lounge. I was ultimately given the correct information by the other attendant and even approached by the head of food service with options and accommodations.
