Waiting too long and the restroom is a little bit dirty…… no delicious food at all

Stop making rice in the morning even though it’s obvious to whom you cater same food quality of people is like a cafeteria

No one take the dishes. Not enough plates.

There was no take away items and no ice in the ice machine. When I ask the bar associate he acted as if he was very annoyed that he had to go in the back for ice. Very unprofessional

The check in process was very disorganized and time consuming. There were 3 workers and it seemed chaotic.Scanning 4 times is cumbersome.Pls take note from other lounges such as Virgin and Centurion who have simpler check in processes.The food was delightful. Very tasty with a nice presentation.Lots of beverage options. Clean and the workers were courteous.
