The food was terrible…

Serve better food and drinks , any time , like at 10:30 am no breakfast anymore, not acceptable for a lounge, and orange juice as well, sorry it’s a bad experience here

Have a working elevator. I walked in having paid for my pass, was hassled when I was showing my paid status and had to maneuver logging in, just to show the same details in the email, then they ask for my boarding pass, after showing payment that should of followed and then I have to leave my luggage at the front or lug it up the stairs, I paid $75 for exercise

Have food or have a working coffee machine

The front desk agent was a smug, condescending asshole, and Dylan resnick grinned through a totally dismissive non-apology criticizing my tone and rhetoric rather than acting on it. Gentleman at middle desk should be reprimanded immediately.
