The female bartender was rude and couldn’t be bothered to serve me. I was the only person at the bar ordering and she seemed pissed that she had to help me! Very rude!

Not clean. Not friendly. No variety. No food (nothing was refilled during our 45 minute stay). Poor turnover. Stuffy.

A young man at the front desk (Gionni) was very unhelpful and rude as I was trying to enter. I needed help with the app and he was extremely rude, did not want to help me solve the problem, and made it an overall very unpleasant experience.

Food is importsnt, today was a Horrible food experience, worst food in a lounge ever for sure and some of the worst breakfast foods I’ve eaten. Add that to broken espresso machines (all of them) and coffee running out. Notes below in food section.
