The lines. It is early in the morning, there will be a lot of people. However, having everyone line up for the bagels, hotbar and utensils back to back leads to a huge line to the elevator. That means people walk in the blub and then try to grab as many plates of food as possible, which is easy to spill a crowded club. Lines also depreciate the first impression walking into such a beautiful space.What is the feasibility in putting up a couple small signs to separate this into 3 lines so people aren't trying to handle 3-4 plates to make the best of the long line and people aren't stuck behind one indecisive sauce mixer or bagel toaster
