The three women at the check in were slow, rude and unprofessional. The first woman I spoke with to check in was unclear and seemed to not care to help me check in quickly. So I moved over to the second one, who said her computer was not working. The third one was rude and sour, acted like I was bothering her, and when I asked her how far away gate c1 was, said she didn’t know.

How about letting members in on time so they can relax before the flight instead of checking in twice and wait for lousy food, chicken nuggets in a stir fry. Terrible

30 minute wait with no food being served. 10:20 and food being put away in preparation for lunch at 1145. Lounge not full and still making patrons wait so long. Ridivulous

Better food. Toilets all completely full, so more toilets
