Dryer is still not fixed, property manager gave no timeline if completion and no reason for that besides other “emergencies.” Said he couldn’t disclose for privacy reasons.

No, they r It has a filter, they only fixed the kitchen extractor fan, I don't even want to go there anymore, why do they bother? he air filter and it's not cooling; the thermostat isn't working. They're not friendly; I don't speak English and they get annoyed.

Billy was great. He fixed the actual problem with the AC and also charged the system so it’s working better than it was before. He’s the first maintenance person we’ve had since I moved here in 2019 where issues are fixed on the first visit.

The apartment and similar 1 bedrooms were not available to view on the date of my tour, I was able to view a 2 bedroom to see the flooring and the amenities.
