The unit itself and the building amenities are really nice. But we were given incorrect information and ignored multiple times during the move in process that made things more stressful than they needed to be.On our tour we were told that we may be able to access the unit early to move things into (we were transferring from another unit in Garrett). When we inquired about this via email we received no response. We then received an automated email saying we could pick up the keys at 5 p.m. the night before the scheduled move in date. We then walked down and confirmed this at the leasing office. When we went back down to pick up the keys the night before the listed move in date, we were told the automated email was wrong and that we actually couldn't get the keys that night — directly contradicting what the same person had told us only two days prior. This gave us ~4 hours less to move items, which made our actual move in day much more stressful. On the actual move in day we went to pick up the keys we were told we couldn't get them until I added my girlfriend to the renter's policy. We had sent the renter's policy information 10 days prior, the lease had been signed by all parties and no one had raised any issues with this until the morning of the move (or indeed even bothered to respond to our email). So we then were delayed even longer to move items into the unit, making things even more stressful for us. At no point did we receive an apology for the miscommunication or for the inconvenience.

Nobody gave us a walkthrough about how the building works, where everything is, and basic move in information one would expect.

Great community, Trinity Kinsler did an excellent job showing the buildings and providing answers to my questions

Amenities, community events and upfront pricing was a big draw in getting us to apply here

Maybe I should have asked, but no one showed me how the key fob locks the door, I had to trail and error it.

The move-in day was more painful than it needed to be. Due to the front elevators being out at Agora, they refused to block off the rear elevator even though I reserved it.Also, my paperwork wasn't ready when I showed up and I had to submit more paperwork. The next day I had to go down because I didn't even get the welcome sheet.
