It’s been great so far. I’m still currently waiting on maintenance, but none of the issues are pressing.

My apartment is very comfortable— I love that I can have a washer dryer!! Very nice neighbors. The people who work in the office are very helpful and pleasant. I decided to move out of my house after my husband died— I didn’t want to continue with all the upkeep on a house— with way too much space for one. I have been here in the Colony for about 21/2 years and I love it here.

My adult son and I stopped in for a tour on Tuesday, July 1. Shawn was outstanding! He was very informative and he answered all of our questions. We even stopped back at the end of the day after several other tours to let him know how much we loved The Colony At The Oaks. This was by far the best tour and the most well-maintained complex that we toured.

So far it’s been great! Everyone has been extremely helpful especially Shawntez Taylor.

The care and love and help that shawntez’ Jessica that they show the community is great for the community.
