I would recommend this property due to how they look and what’s included and how fast the maintenance/leasing team is , I would not recommend based on parking and AC. The AC unit works but is too small for the apartment and runs up the electricity bill like crazy during the summer. Although there is street parking many of us residents have larger families and cannot accommodate parking on the street here. Additionally the monthly price to rent a parking spot is ridiculous.

I Would Highly Recommend The Colony Townhomes. Is a safe quiet place to call Home. And the Management and staff are the best
