Move in experience was great, Karla assisted in every step to ensure all of our moving needs were met. Did have a few maintenance concerns but they were all fixed in no time.

My maintenance requests are always handled to my satisfaction.

I want to thank the office staff , the management and most of all the maintenance personal. From the time I reported the problem with the hot water heater to the residential portal to the installation of a new hot water heater took only 2 1/2 hours. Thank you Colony Townhomes !!!!!
