I’m in between on “would” and “would not”. I “would” recommend because of the area and the cleanliness of the property. I “would not”, if you’re not actually able to see the unit you are moving into. I moved into a unit I did not look at and there are to many issues in the unit that should not be. The property should have made sure that everything is working properly and clean and it wasn’t.

Don Genaro was the one who came to check my washer, he was very amiable and knowledgeable about what he was doing, and I liked how he handled the situation.

Yes, I would recommend if rent went down for me and all.

I don’t want anyone else blaming me in case their renting experience differs negatively than mine.

We are still waiting for (2) more service requests. Still not finished 1. Porch light not turning on. 2. Strip molding broken, next to kitchen. I made the request now 2 weeks ago.,,
