I am extremely pleased with the staff at the office. They are incredibly helpful and kind, especially the manager, who is respectful and demonstrates phenomenal service skills. Our service requests have been addressed promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended!

During the repair (I wasn’t home) there was a flood in the bathroom requiring the repair. There was notice of the flood. I found out because the carpet leading to the bathroom was soaked and the shower mat that was in that bathroom was left draped on the shower door.

It's a great community to live in it is very quiet.

Most repairs on completed in a timely manner and done quickly when they arrive. It would be nice if a notice or phone call was made when the repair is scheduled and if the repair was done. It would also be nice to know exactly what was done to repair the item. I had no idea that maintenance personnel came to do the repair and that it was complete as they came when I was at work. I have to keep logging in to my account to check the status of the repair.

The maintenance guy was very professional and fixed the issues quickly and was courteous. I appreciate him coming over and taking care of everything.

Chelsea in the office is friendly and amazing. The older gentleman that does the maintenance work is amazing. Great experience decree it remains this way.
