The community is good, staff that run this complex is friendly and helpful most times. Maintenance crew are the best, really tried their best to get the job done right and timely manner. The only issue why I wouldn't recommend this place is the fact that they don't take care of graffiti that's around the complex. I'm not sure if it's the city's job to come and clean it or the apartment, graffiti stays on for a long time.

I would recommend the apartment community because it is clean, well maintained and has a great office staff and maintenance crew.

Service order was met quicker than I’d expected and maintenance personnel Was kind and efficient.

The maintenance workers I have had, have always been great! I just want management to take notice of their team, and support them.

Since moving in, we had to make a service request every month, sometimes twice a month for the same issue (losing hot water). Doesn’t seem the issue gets fixed, just restarted.

Often maintenance orders are repaired to work for now, not with a long-term solution in mind. Things are fixed enough to work but not enough to not break again in the future.

The apartments are very nice. Neighbors are friendly and my kids love playing with the kids near us. Only issue I have is that maintenance NEVER read access instructions properly. We all have cream white carpet and maintenance don't walk in with shoe covers. My entrance requests are not respected and that's not okay! Out of 10 times that maintenance has come, about twice they have come in with shoe covers. That's extremely disappointing.
