I am greatful my heater was fixed for my kids no complaints on my end.

I would recommend the apartment, but the service technician does not replace appliances my faucet showerhead still leaking

Only feedback: Maintenance arrived in our absence (per the approval of my husband). But, when we returned home there was no paperwork letting us know who came into our home, the date or timeframe they were in our home or the outcome / results of the service? We know nothing.... It would've been nice to leave paperwork behind with information on the service.

Apartment rental here at Colony Town homes for 15 years it would seem my unit has exceptionally blessed with small maintenance issues

Nothing was fixed. I still have the same issue if not worse, I need another tech for the same issue please that might be knowledgeable to fix the sinks. I woke up this morning my master bedroom bathroom sink flooded

I’ve enjoyed living here and the Colony is maintained very nicely. I feel safe and listened to when needing to discuss my needs. Very satisfied here.

I have been here over 10 years and love living here. All good.
