I would recommend this community, because when I place a work order they always take care as soon as they can.

These apartments are NOT worth 2500.00 - 3000.00 + a month. The ac units suck. Especially in apartments 201 & 204. Not well insulated. However compared to other apartment around here, it’s all the same and renters don’t have better options.

I personally like living here- but most of the people I know who are looking for a new place to lease—-this community is not in their budget. They are also very picky and don’t like the surrounding areas (Jakes Way).

The people I know that need a place to live cannot afford to live here. Also, when I say Jakes Way - they don’t want to move in the area at all. Even though I say we’re on the borderline of Lost Canyon and the new community - they still wouldn’t want to move here.

Would NOT because a bathroom mirror fell of my wall aPRIL 2021 and has not been replaced and I’ve been told it would be! It’s 2023 and it has not been taken care of…also a while formed in my entry way from the rain and a hazardous board was placed over it..the problem was not resolved! The lights on my outdoor steps don’t work because of wiring and that’s all that was said! This place is old and needs to be maintained properly…my rent is never late and paid in full but the maintenance doesn’t reflect that!

There has been a noticeable improvement .. kind staff, excellent maintenance staff..

We are still waiting since January for the lights in the building to work again. Please do it soon.

I still haven’t got my washer fixed & I have kids😫
