I would like concern addressed about traffic noise as well as heavy traffic on Shiloh Road and Buckingham. Increasing noise, pollution from cars and trucks and oversize trailers.. my living condition at the apartments at the apartments have been enjoyable.

I’ve stayed in the Courtyard twice and both times I loved it, it’s quiet, the only thing bothered me is when my neighbor used to feed cats, I did report and I haven’t experienced that again, also when that happened, a raccoon came up the steps seeking food and I haven’t experienced pictures! Things are better and I love the maintenance team

I would have preferred if they had removed the nest and dead yellow jackets.

it took a week after I sent request. besides that thanks for fixing the loose metal piece on the floor.

We were told the apartment the Pryor residence have been gone for a month. This apartment have been closed up for more than a month. There was roaches. There were spiders. It was not properly clean. There was mold in the refrigerator that had to be cleaned out. it was very disgusting and not move-in ready as far as cleaning.

Don’t feel heard at all.

I have submitted the work order on 06/11/26. Nobody came to my apartment for service as of today. But status showed completed. Really disappointed.

I have been here years and really am impressed with Carlos. Hard working and polite. Very respectful and a hard worker!

I cannot thank you enough for the good service and prompt repairs. The warm welcome I received when I entered the office was wonderful.
