Everyone was super helpful and nice!

I scheduled an agent led tour to see the facilities and was sent to look at the unit with no real info given. Wouldn’t rent based on feeling like I was just pushed through for a tour when I drove down from northern Ohio to find a new home in relocation for work.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. My bathroom still needs to be fixed though, and I'm getting a bit irritated that I can't use my shower. My dryer also doesn't dry my clothes all the way.

This is my first solo apartment and it’s been a good experience overall. Any issues I have with the complex is all financial, like when for a few month internet was going in and out but still paying full price as if I didn’t have internet connection for multiple days at time. Or how there is a trash fee but we take our own trash out to the dumpster, I think logically if you want to charge a trash fee, that should pay for someone to take out trash out as well. Pricing doesn't match what should realistically be paying especially for a studio apartment.

The office staff and maintenance staff have all been very polite, helpful, and professional.

I had an appointment to come in and view an apartment and Tayler tincher made the experience very pleasant she went so deep into detail and was such a great help! Great service here at the creeks!

I thought it was beautiful walking around the clinic and thought it was wonderful the way the person leading my tour showed how close the community is.
