The leasing agent was GREAT! The property overall was subpar. The units are very old. While they have upgraded them and the pictures look great the patios are not in great shape and the exterior isn’t super taken care of by the property owners. Same with closets and etc. it’s definitely a landlord special when it comes to updates. There are also no overhead light figured or fans in the bedrooms. The pricing is fair. There are a lot of fees associated with application.
