Me and my boyfriend absolutely love it ..its home! I couldn't ask for a better place to call home! I love the view on the balcony so beautiful... the ladies at kirklevington office here taylee and Jessica I just wanna say thank you so much! For everything you've done for us this is truly home! Overall, the neighborhood and apartment are great. The leasing staff are very friendly and accommodating. I only have a few complaints: first, there is a lot of dog poop around the trash can near the main entrance. Second, I put in a maintenance request when I moved in to get my thermostat replaced and it took almost a week for them to come look at it. The maintenance guy that came yesterday (03/06) said he would replace the unit, but never came back. I understand that they are busy because of the severe weather on Friday, but I put in the request before the storm. My last complaint is that there are no recycling bins. Personally, I don’t like throwing everything into the garbage and having end up in a landfill. Otherwise, I’m happy with my apartment and glad that I moved in.
