I used my oven for the first time after work order was placed yesterday. The front was still not working and still smelled burnt. I saw one of the guys next door and he came to check it. He replaced my burner and then said the other guy did not say if he checked it or not. He only changed a fuse in the braker box so the oven would come back on. Francisco states he would cimr check wires but never came back. I will not use my stove until the wires are checked. It caught fire and was smelling of burning wires.

The maintenance personnel did a phenomenal job. They were determined to get my toilet working properly. I love my toilet, but it's too low for me to get off of it, so I ordered me a high-rise toilet seat, which I may call back since I can't use both of my hands.

Repair was done neatly & well.

Tech was extremely knowledgeable

The gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable of his work.
