Happy overall, requested carpet cleaning prior to move in as it appeared dirty. Carpet was cleaned the very next day. Staff responds and assists in a timely manner.

The move in process over all was great! Working with Andrew was super pleasant and everything went smooth once I was given my final set unit. The only reason I dropped it down to 4 stars is because I was moved from my original, more preferred unit without being notified due to the current tenants not vacating. While it was explained to me that the switch was made to be proactive and secure me another unit without being notified the same floor plan (which I appreciated), I was not happy that I had to just by chance realize my unit number was changed rather than receiving a notice. The leasing office claimed I was on their list to call that very day, but I wonder if that’s even true. This was a pretty big bummer and my new unit is at a worse location in the complex with a view and the noise of a busy road compared to a nice quiet courtyard. However, I want to reiterate that overall the experience was very positive outside of this blunder. Thank you Andrew and the leasing team at The Crossings for helping me find my new home!

Easy process there is a couple kinks with the apartment but it’s beautiful
