Our experience was fantastic. They were very patient and kind while doing everything for my son's exam, X-rays, and cleaning - they worked with his needs so that he could get the care he needed rather than telling us to go elsewhere due to him being autistic as we have experienced from other dentists previously.

The woman who did my fillings tremors horribly. She has no sense of personal space, and ended up knocking equipment on the floor. My fillings are not being done well at all, even prior to this visit, as i’ve had two recent ones fall out and repaired poorly. I question the integrity of the dentist and staff due to the fact my teeth are well taken care of, yet they always seem to find cavities in less than a 6 month span.

We love this dental office, my boys get so excited every time we go. The staff are always so friendly and kind and make them both feel so comfortable

Previous visit I wasn't informed of the severity of my gums. Just asked to come back in several weeks for a cleaning. It wasn't until 2/25 the date of my appointment that the hygienist informed what was going on and what actions were needed. I believe her name is Shannon. I was ready to leave without having anything performed. However, she took the time to explain what was needed. She is the only reason I didn't leave.

I was disappointed that when I went into the restroom to brush my teeth before my appointment, there is neither any hooks to hang a purse, coat, umbrella, nor any shelf to put any personal items on (shelf, or small countertop).

The Dr. was great yesterday and the front desk staff. We really missed the dental assistant we usually have that is friendly, talkative and keeps us informed what is happening. Yesterday the nurse/dental assistant didn't explain what she was doing and it made my daughter feel more anxious. She never knew what was gonna happen next.
