Very good experience

The overall experience was great. The medical environment was comfortable, and both the doctor and nursing staff were kind, professional, and helpful.

From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was extremely welcoming, professional, warm, and friendly. As a new patient who had been with her dentist for 15 years I was extremely nervous about going to someone new (we had moved here from out of state) but had an amazing experience. I have already set up my next appointment and will be making one for my husband as well.

The admin staff was short with me, made comments that were not accurate which made me feel as if I was a burden to her day. She made assumptions about being contacted about rescheduling. I was understanding of needing to reschedule, but not to be made to feel like I was an issue. The assistant brought me back, despite all that, and discussed the current provider is covering and running behind. Again making me feel like I was in the wrong for showing up to my scheduled appointment.

Everything was great.

Hello, i’m writing to ask if i may be seen again about a procedure that was done last week, i tried to give it a few days but it is really sensitive on the bottom right side that was done when eating and now starting when even not. Thanks

Everyone is always so friendly

I am upset that the DC was not able to get me an expedient way of getting an implant for my tooth that cannot be saved. When I called Dr. Cooper the earliest appointment I could get was May 14. I am in pain and need something much sooner. It was very disappointing that no one in the office could help me. 2 months is out of the question.

Very professional took care of all my needs and I highly recommend them to anybody that has any kind of dental needs.
