I feel like the dental assistant could have pulled me and my mom aside to discuss my recent conditions, instead of out in the open for others to hear.I think any assistant should always talk to their clients in private.Overall, the dental office looks safe, secure, and clean.

Very good experience

Everyone was extremely nice and caring. I was worried about how my daughter would be, but everyone was so kind!!

Everyone we interacted with was very kind and they made their patient feel comfy and calm for his first trip to the dentist!

Great. Everyone was nice

The appointment itself felt rushed. I spent more time at the front desk handling paperwork than I did actually speaking with the doctor about my toddler's care. She was diagnosed with cavities in two baby teeth, and referral out for extraction was presented as the only option. There was no discussion of alternatives like fillings, and no reassurance about how this might affect her jaw development or the eruption of her permanent teeth.As a parent, I needed more time, more explanation, and more reassurance than I received. I hope this feedback is useful as you think about patient communication going forward.However, I did have a very pleasant experience with the hygienist and the front desk staff.

Professional and full of care

A little upset I got a call less than 3 hours in advance to reschedule my children as I took off work for appt. But I am happy they were able to move them up on the schedule so their other parent could take them to be seen

Very nice staff and the dentist was very understanding and patient with my son who has autism.

It was comfortable it was no problem at all she was helpful and my son was comfortable with her she talked him through the process and Dr.Reed was amazing also
