Overall, I really enjoy bringing my children to your office. It is clean, the doctor is kind and the hygienists do a great job with my kids. But, the last two times I have checked out/rescheduled visits I have been met with either rushed or rude communication as if it is a hassle or inconvenience to be scheduling a routine cleaning.

They did a very good job knowing my baby had separation anxiety and they handled it very well.

The waiting time is disrespectful 1 hour for them to attend to us

Very disappointed on how I was treated yesterday by the front receptionist Becky. It was to the point that today I called to canceled my 3 kids appointment and found a new dentist office.

The hygienist was not very friendly, she did not want to explain to Leah why she needed xrays and when leah couldn't figure out how to get her mouth in the right position she got on Leah about it's the same way as the other side. Leah has really bad anxiety and likes things explained to her on why it is being done. I would hope this lady would have understood that being she works at a children's dentist

My daughter came in to get dental work done her anesthesia had her belligerent. Hitting /kicking me. Saying something about a red thing that wasn’t there. She was screaming the nurses came in to help soothe her. Which they did a good job of. My daughter was unstable trying to walk & not in her right mind hitting and kicking me, which she never does. I believe the screaming became too much for them as it seems that they were in a hurry to get us out.
