I was not happy with our visit. The dentist did not come talk to me after seeing my children. That is totally unacceptable. I understand the dentist are busy, but they can still come talk to the parent. The dental hygienist should not have to pass on the message for the dentist, that is not the hygienist job. The parents are not encouraged to go back to with child.The appointments took over 2 hours for three kids. Another pediatric practice we have been to in the past, each child is assigned a hygienist and they all go back at one time and we were only there for approximatetly 40 minutes unless the appointment needed to be longer. This is only a suggestion for this clinic in order to help the appointments go faster and more efficient. The parent was with the children and the debtist came over after the hygienist was ready for them. The parent was able to talk to the dentist.

Our appointment was at 8am and didn’t get seen till almost 8:20 everyone who came in after us got seen before us and the appointment was an emergency appointment with still took them a week to get them in. Also didn’t help with anything only told us a root canal was needed and sent a referral.

This was the first time we visited the Dental Center and the receptionist who assisted us checking in was nice and friendly. The Dental Assistant was the best she made sure my son felt at home and he was never afraid nor anxious being checked-up. The Dentist also made sure my son was not afraid of his first dental check-up. And I can say my son surely would like to visit the Dental Center again.

You all were so kind to fit us in same-day for a dental emergency--so thank you! However, the dentist never spoke to me (the mother), but both the dentist and hygienist discussed oral surgery, tooth extraction, AND future cavities you could see in her mouth around her and didn't have any care for what her emotional reaction would be. She was a mess and left sobbing because your bedside manner did not at all care for her. Lastly, in the checkout process both the hygienist and the receptionist treated me rudely saying "You clearly don't understand!"--which I didn't and was seeking more information. It was really a terrible experience.

Overall, I really enjoy bringing my children to your office. It is clean, the doctor is kind and the hygienists do a great job with my kids. But, the last two times I have checked out/rescheduled visits I have been met with either rushed or rude communication as if it is a hassle or inconvenience to be scheduling a routine cleaning.
