Diana and staff are the best

Elevator out over a week. Elevator out 4 or 4 times. Gym treadmills dirty never been cleaned in the last 8 months or so. Mail room a mess and disorganized.

I absolutely loved living there but had some issues with next door/ below me neighbours and excessive noise after hours, constantly. And during the love in process, I got no information until I emailed on the day I was supposed to be moving.

At first, I enjoyed living here. The property itself is great, and the location is excellent. However, there have been ongoing issues with some of the tenants that have negatively impacted my experience.Many residents do not pick up after their dogs, and the areas around nearly every entrance and exit often smell strongly of dog urine. In addition, trash is frequently left around the property. It feels like enforcement of community rules has declined since I moved in. Unfortunately, email reminders do not seem to be effective.There have been multiple occasions where I have had to pick up trash that other residents left near my front door. While I still appreciate the property and its location, I would like to see more consistent enforcement of community standards to help maintain a clean and pleasant living environment for everyone.

Sarah does not present herself in a professional manner. The whole process was a nightmare for me. I feel like the communication was more like a “got ya” as opposed to informative. I do not live in the state and have been looking for a place remotely. The District by far was the worst overall new tenants experience. I did email her with feedback. She also told me she had no dimensions for the room of the apt she showed to my friend. She later emailed but the fact she is trying to lease and apt and does not know or is not willing to get the dimensions is what put the nail in the coffin. She told me to tell me friend to come back and measure it. Pretty sure she should have offered to go measure it. Terrible experience but glad I did not sign a lease.

Fully complete tour. Even showed me some options I wasn’t considering. But overall really good. Really friendly person. Did an amazing job highlighting the positives of the community

It’s a very clean and friendly place to live. My only issue is that my neighbor above me walks very heavy all day and night. I feel like a horse lives above me and is clip clopping around. It’s very weird. But other than the lack of sleep when they are home, the community is great and the staff is amazing!

Really hope you find a better way to handle the mail room. Always frustrating looking for packages there. The dedicated bins in the hall are great.
